We assist IT companies with processes relating to buying and selling, mergers, acquisitions and the growth funding of their businesses, as well as flotation or possible relaunches. Guiding a total ‘buy & build’ strategy is another focus area. Based on your value proposition, our team draws up a financing or information memorandum and guides the entire process with the bank, an investor or a potential strategic buyer. We specialise in making value analyses of companies in the context of a sale, merger or demerger of part of a company, for example, by applying our various valuation methods.
We chose The Hague because this is where the Cyber Security cluster is and we anticipate that the investment climate for this topic will expand here.
The HSD Campus is an incubator for new security businesses. This is where you will find the cream of the crop in terms of technology. We expect to encounter many innovative start-ups in the future too, and if they have a question about funding growth we would be happy to assist them.
