Community Management Internship at the HSD Campus
After grabbing a cup of coffee or tea in the pantry, you start your computer and thus begin your day. You'll further develop the lively social media that's just been launched: you'll keep up with the news, share feeds, and check if there are comments that need to be forwarded to the relevant people. You involve your internship supervisor with challenges you face. Both independently and as a team, you co-determine the course of how our HSD Campus presents itself digitally. On the HSD campus itself, you connect with our tenants, understanding their interests and needs, making connections with other campuses in The Hague.
All aspects that have been covered in both your educational trajectory and personal life are utilized here. You expand your knowledge and optimize our social media channels. You're not afraid to ask questions and to act independently when possible. Regular progress meetings are held to see where we stand, where we're going, and how this will be shaped. Your knowledge and expertise are important, and being a pleasant person to deal with who isn’t hesitant to open doors makes it a good and enjoyable time for our team. You will create something that doesn't yet exist, thereby building a fantastic CV!
What will you do?
You will use your knowledge and skills to work closely with the campus manager to make HSD Campus more vibrant. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, partners, and security companies.
What do we ask for?
- Available 5 days a week
- Enrolled in an international program, communication studies, or something related
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Available for at least 5 months, starting from 1st September 2023
- Motivated
- Affinity with politics, international relations, social media, and event organization
