Rent a meeting room or event space

You can use the Project Room to meet using a standard seating plan for up to six people;

• The hire of this space costs €35 per hour, €100 per session (part of a day), and €175 per whole day, excluding VAT;
• This includes coffee and tea, a TV screen/HDMI or VGA cable/whiteboard or flipchart;
• Other in-house catering arrangements can be made on request;
• Part of an hour will always be charged as a whole hour.

The Innovation Room can be used for meetings using a standard theatre seating plan for up to 60 people, together with a platform and a few bar tables. This space can accommodate up to 150 people. Other seating plans can be arranged on request. 

• The hire of this space costs €150 per hour, €400 per session (part of a day) and €750 per whole day, excluding VAT;
• This includes the standard seating plan/projector/TV screens/HDMI or VGA cable/whiteboard or flipchart/platform;
• Catering is to order and can be arranged with Wecanteen, (we will provide you with a contact);
• Part of an hour will always be charged as a whole hour.

In Education Rooms 1A or 1B you can arrange a standard U-shaped seating plan for 16 people. These rooms can also be joined together to create one large space for up to 32 people. Other seating plans can be arranged on request.

• The hire of this space costs €96 per hour, €282 per session (part of a day) and €400 per whole day, excluding VAT;
• This includes coffee and tea (only for per hour or per session meetings), a projector (1B)/TV screen (1A)/HDMI or VGA cable/whiteboard or flipchart;
• Additional catering can be arranged with Wecanteen, (we will provide you with a contact);
• Part of an hour will always be charged as a whole hour.

In Education Room 2 you can arrange the seating in a standard U-shape for 28 people. Other seating plans can be arranged on request.

• The hire of this space costs €184 per hour, €548 per session (part of a day) and €800 per whole day, excluding VAT;
• This includes coffee and tea (only for per hour or per session meetings), a projector/HDMI or VGA cable/whiteboard or flipchart;
• Additional catering can be arranged with Wecanteen, (we will provide you with a contact);
• Part of an hour will always be charged as a whole hour.

• You can meet in the Boardroom using a standard seating plan for up to 19 people, (observing the 1.5m distance rule, if necessary).
• The hire of this space costs €216 per hour, €532 per session (part of a day) and €800 per whole day, excluding VAT;
• This includes coffee and tea (only for per hour or per session meetings), a projector/TV screens/HDMI or VGA cable/whiteboard or flipchart;
• Additional catering can be arranged with Wecanteen, (we will provide you with a contact);

In cooperation with The Hague Tech, a recording studio has been set up where you can professionally record or live stream podcasts and webinars.
You can choose from various packages that include live production, technical support and post-production for events ranging from small meetings to multi-day summits. Various set-ups are possible and also the set-up can be adjusted in your desired corporate style.
